Critical Illness Insurance

Coverage

The insurance company provides compensation for:

  • A one‑time payment upon diagnosis of a covered critical illness (e.g., cancer, myocardial infarction, etc.).
  • A one‑time payment for early‑stage and late‑stage cancer.
  • A hospitalization allowance for up to 30 days of inpatient treatment due to a critical illness.
  • A death benefit if death occurs due to a critical illness within 365 days from the date of diagnosis.
  • A one‑time payment for diabetes (optional benefit).

(*) You may choose to insure only heart disease or all covered critical illnesses.


Exclusions

  •  Illnesses that do not meet the policy’s definition of a critical illness.
  • Critical illnesses caused by congenital defects or symptoms appearing before 1 year of age.
  • The insured does not survive at least 30 days after diagnosis.
  • HIV/AIDS‑related conditions, except when infection results from blood transfusion or occupational exposure.
