Bodily injury to the driver, assistant driver and passengers when those people travelling on, getting on, getting out of the vehicle.
Exclusions
- Insured person willful misconduct causing damages
- Insured person drive the vehicle having no proper driving license, the extent of alcohol in blood exceeds the limit stipulated by current law
- Accidents occur outside the territory of the S.R of Vietnam
- Loss, damage, liability or expense caused by any radiation, chemical, biological, bio-chemical, or electromagnetic weapon
- Accident related to war, terrorism, politics exclusion
