Operation period
This website operates 24 hours a day and 07 days a week. However, MSIG Vietnam reserves the right to shut down the system for maintenance when necessary. MSIG Vietnam will endeavor to plan and announce that the system cannot be used by posting an online notice. The shutdown of the system by MSIG Vietnam for the purpose of maintenance shall not exceed twelve (12) hours each time. MSIG Vietnam is not responsible for any damage and / or loss caused by system shutdown in this case.
Exemption from liability for the use of the website

In case of purchasing insurance through an insurance broker, Customer agrees to appoint that Company to arrange the travel insurance policy with MSIG Insurance (Vietnam) Company Limited in accordance with the detailed benefits.
